Got 2 remote start systems and when they installed them they messed up a system on our truck so now because they messed with it now they won't fix what they messed up. They are stating they did not mess it up but everything worked before they put the system in. Asked for a refund and to take it off they said no they did not try to work with us now we have to pay for their mess up and it costs 1000 to fix. So i am telling anyone who wants a remote starter go to car stereo one they do not mess up and they fix their mistakes

Hey Mickey Shorr Electronics, I'm certain that my friend misunderstood you when you said you would not refund her money after you improperly installed her remote starter. I know you're not the kind of business that would screw over good people like that. Surely she misunderstood you. We'll be by tomorrow to straighten it out. Thanks 😉
